Let's Get Acquainted

Hello everyone, and welcome to my blog! My name is Katie and I just turned 40! I was born and raised in West Mifflin, PA, which is a suburb outside of Pittsburgh.  I currently reside in Canonsburg, PA. I love music, the outdoors, hunting and fishing, reading, animals (especially dogs), astronomy and living life to the fullest. 


My blog is a space where I can talk about things I love and share snapshots into my daily life.   I  hope to inspire others with my real life stories and relatable humor,  and to  create a positive space where you can come and feel at home. Céad míle fáilte! (A hundred thousand welcomes!)

My husband and I have 4 beautiful girls, Molly, Grace, Madison, and Isla.

It sure is! These babies are fake and there ain't no shame in my game!  Look for a future blog entry all about my experience with plastic surgery!

For me, a compass symbolizes several things: my journey to finding myself once again, the connection I have with the outdoors/nature, and doesn't it just look fucking cool?!
